Calf Pains {{Advice}}

"I have been doing alot of walking for exercise lately. My calves are so tight and
ache .  What do you suggest doing for the pain?"

Dear Robyn:
I get that too, and it's normal.  I actually was told by a masseuse that it's from lack of magnesium, which helps rinse calcium out of your muscles or something like that.  Basically, if you go to a supplement/drug store like GNC, look for a Magnesium supplement.  I take "Calm".  You can also soak your legs in a bath tub full of it mixed with water and it loosens the muscles up.  It really does work, it's amazing.  Also, stretch a lot a lot a lot!!
