What is the best way to get motivated again after taking a break from working out due to illness?

Dear Sherry:
Ease back into it and try to do it realistically. Start with 2 days a week for 2 weeks. Then 3 days a week for 2 weeks, then move up from there. DO something that's enjoyable for you. Whether it's wii fit, running, aerobics, Jillian Michaels, walking, etc., make sure it's something you enjoy. Once you work your way back up to a place where you want more of a challenge, try something new that you've never done before or try doing something with a workout partner!
