What is the difference between Concealer & Foundation? Do you have to use both? Donna
Dear Donna:
Concealers are great for well, concealing something like skin irritation, blotches, a pimple, etc. while foundation is used to smooth out your face and give it an even skin tone. You don't have to use both. I use foundation and if I have a problem area I'll finish that section off with concealer.
