Emeals
is a great way to eat healthy on a budget. It doesn’t matter if you’re
on a gluten –free diet, a portion control diet, or buying and cooking
for a large family, emeals can customize your meal plan and shopping
list for ALL of those situations. And best of all, it’s just $5 a month
to have a weekly meal plan (based on your needs) and a grocery list
sent to you. That’s right, a grocery list that has the amounts of
everything you’ll need and what meal it’s for. They can even match up
local ad deals for supermarkets in your area! How great is that?
I
actually received a few months of the emeals plan and it is truly
amazing. The meals are very easy to prepare and the directions are very
thorough but not overwhelming. I just chose a classic meal plan so
that I could eat regular but I was almost tempted to switch to the Clean
Eating meal plan, so I think I’ll do that in a few months down the
road. I really love how emeals lists the staple ingredients you need to
make sure you have like flour, eggs, etc. for each meal. Another
thing I love about emeals is that you can also customize it for your
family size. I chose 1-2 people since it can be me and my boyfriend or
just me, and in that case I’ll use the leftovers for the next day’s
meal. Every Wednesday a new meal plan is posted.
