Hot oil, hair mask or leave in conditioner...Do you use one or all? What is best for hair?

Dear Donna:
I use a hair mask about twice a month and I use a deep conditioning treatment once a week. I will put it on my hair, put on a shower cap, get out of the shower and wait 10-20 minutes, then get back in and rinse it off.
