Kopali Chocolates are made from single-origin cacao from Peru.  They manufacture and package them in Peru as well.  This reduces exces transit and gives you better quality, and more fresh product with a better impact on the community.  Kopali's chocolates are carefully selected and the cacao is roasted and blended so that's rich, but not bitter.
These chocolates are very pure and don't contain oil, dairy, refined sugar, and are vegan and gluten-free.  They are also certified organic and fair trade.  This supports communities in Costa Rica of sustainable farmers growing food in harmony with nature.
I received some of these delicious bite sized chocolate treats and I am in love!
Chocolate Banana was basically pieces of banana that are sweet and chewy in the middle.  They were so delicious and had the perfect balance of tasty fruit and sweet chocolate!  I loved these as an afternoon snack, since I usually have a banana anyways.
The
Chocolate Cacao Nibs were my second fav, because they were covered in dark chocolate and contained th ebean that chocolate comes from. Yum yum yum.  This was 100% perfect for my chocolate cravings!
And Chocolate Espesso beans contained coffee grown on the same land as the cacao and was a great morning snack to give me some extra energy! The flavor was fantastic!
Each bag was small and stylish and contained 2 oz. of chocolate.  They are great for eating on the go, stashing at your desk or in your car, and sharing with a friend.  I love the resealable zipper bag, since it made them last longer!
The bag was also very easy to open which I usually get annoyed with if it is stubborn!
One winner will receive 6 bags of assorted chocolates from Kopali!
