I received a bottle of OraMD and I actually am a huge fan of it now! It's very easy to use. I brushed twice a day in the morning and evening like always except I did it with 2-5 drops of OraMD with my toothbrush. I flossed every night even before brushing my teeth. It was easy to use this stuff because it just got mixed into an ounce of water, swished, and gargled. It was like using regular mouth rinse. Mid morning and mid afternoon I ended up putting 2-5 drops on the tip of my tongue to coat my gum line, teeth, and mouth. I like how it's pure botanical oil. The fact that it only took a few drops and after a week of noticing results makes me want to try this product out~
