  1. I have had trouble sleeping for years. It is so frustrating. But, I refuse to take anything for it. However, a Doctor recently recommended this book to me: "Power Sleep" by James B. Maas. I'm not even done reading the book, but have learned so much. I'd definitely recommend you read it.
