Shaking Things Up In The New Year

One of the things I'm going to do for the New Year is stick to healthier eating habits which includes not skipping meals just because I'm too busy running around on the go. That's why I'm totally digging Atkins Advantage Shakes. I've already done a great job when I spent a week on Atkins 40. The shake was one of my favorite conveniences. If I was too busy running around, I could still have my shake as a snack and it would hold me over till my next full meal.
