I have been growing my hair out for years now it's one of the most beautiful parts about my body, at least in my opinion!   But growing long hair is not always easy and you need to make sure you are eating a balanced diet to get the nutrients you need.   Of course there are always shortcuts if you can't always be on point with your diet... that's why I take supplements like NEOCELL Biotin Bursts.
