My Organized Kitchen Cabinets

One of the first things I wanted to do in our new home was to get organized in the kitchen cabinets.   Our cabinets are very nice but since most of them are higher up it's not only hard to see what's in them but it's hard to keep it all sitting nicely.

I got these little baskets from Dollar General.  Then I made my own labels for each. Now, whenever we need to grab something, we can just pull the corresponding basket out.

I even used some food storage containers for my baking ingredients.   It's so much easier than having to go into a bag every time.

How do you organize your kitchen cabinets?

  2. This is a really good idea. I've pinned a lot of organizing tips using stuff from the Dollar Store. I definitely want to keep my next home more organized, especially in the kitchen.

    1. It makes it so much easier when i go to grab something now!! Everything has a place and nothing falls out when I open the door. haha! That used to happen way too often.

  4. Very nice! I have one cabinet that is like a black hole, and I lose things in the back of it. I'm still trying to find a solution, but your basket idea would help. I do keep my spices in little baskets, which helps.
