The Importance of A Smart Breakfast

I don't know how some people do it, but I HAVE to eat breakfast in the morning. I can't leave the house without it. Eating breakfast is so helpful but eating a smart breakfast is even better.

The Atkins Breakfast Sandwiches that I love most are the sausage, egg, and cheese ones. I can't believe how moist and delicious they were and they really made my breakfast more enjoyable.

Remember, Atkins isn't about not eating ANY carbs as many people think. It's about a low carbohydrate program that can more effectively help you lose weight. Rather than depriving yourself, Atkins lets you balance optimal protein intake, adequate healthy fat intake, and low carbohydrate consumption.
