Ever since I got a Ninja last year I have been a smoothie makin' monster! I make a smoothie every night and it's a good way for me to get my fruits, veggies, and anything I else I need.  While my ingredients sometimes change, I figured I'd share with you what's in my standard daily smoothie. Enjoy!

[ICE]
I put around 4 ice cubes in my average smoothie.  The ice cubes help give the smoothie more thickness so I feel like I'm getting more to drink, even though it's just air and water.

[FROZEN FRUIT]
I used to use fresh fruit until I ran into the issue of fruits going bad before I used them all. That's when I had the brilliant idea (duh!) to finally start using frozen fruit.  I generally use frozen mango, frozen raspberries, and frozen blueberries.

[FRESH FRUIT]
The only fresh fruit I normally put in is a banana, which I break into chunks and smash in.

[CHOCOLATE]
Sorry but I need a little treat inside so I always put a small amount of miniature chocolate chips in my smoothies.

[YOGURT]
To help give the smoothie more...smoothness...I put 1/2 a cup of Low Fat Plain Yogurt in at the top.

[HEALTHY STUFF]
So it may seem like a lot of work to put random healthy stuff like Chia Seed Oil or Coconut Oil in your smoothie but I do it in a really easy way. I use Coromega Be Bright Non-GMO Superfood Oil Blend, which has everything already mixed for me and all I have to do is add it to my smoothie.

Inside it has Chia Seed Oil, Coconut Oil, Avocado Oil, Hemp Seed Oil, and Black Cumin Seed Oil.  These ingredients help my metabolism, give me Vitamin E and natural antioxidants, minerals, and a natural detoxifier.  I don't even notice it's there which means it doesn't have a weird taste.  The fact that I'm easily able to put something that helps boost my digestive system and keep me on my toes is one more reason to keep up with my daily smoothie habit!

What do you put in your smoothies?

So since you bothered to read this post I have a fun surprise for you!
