Today I’m going to share something super magical and exciting with you that you may or may not have heard of before. It’s called Earthing and it has literally changed my life and helped heal me in so many ways, both physically and mentally.
If you’ve ever heard of lucid dreaming before, you probably thought it was just some spooky thing people do when they can’t sleep or maybe it’s one of those wild dreams you have when you’re sick. The movie Inception covered lucid dreaming and maybe that’s all you know of it. So what is a lucid dream exactly and how can you trigger yourself to have one? Well, that’s what we’re getting into today!
You may think you’ve never heard of the Wheel of the Year before but I’m sure you’re familiar with certain seasonal festivals like Summer Solstice, Winter Solstice, Samhain, and the word Yule. Because so many people these days are embracing their earthy spirituality I figured it would be fun to explain the Wheel of the Year, what it is, how it’s used, and how you can celebrate it or recognize celebrations of it.
Maybe you’ve seen it before or maybe this is the first time you’ve even read about it, but the Wheel of Life or Life Wheel as others call it, is super cool and it’s a tool that ANYONE can use to improve ALL aspects of their life. The Wheel of Life let’s you visualize the different areas of your life and once you fill out the different areas, you can really see where you need to improve to balance your life more.
You may have noticed over the last few months with my social media feed I am sharing altars, nature, and spiritual type posts. I share my altar each wheel of the year holiday, I make nature mandalas out of leaves when I’m outside, and I set intentions with candles and carry crystals around at all times. So what’s the deal?
