Our handbags tend to become quite full of unnecessary things over time and if you aren't taking the time to regularly clean out, declutter, and purge your handbag, it's going to become harder and harder to find what you need quickly. Here's how to properly declutter your handbag.

A new year and a new bag and I'm really excited to show you this one. I'm a long time fan of Teddy Blake handbags and I already own several that I've featured on the blog. This one is stunning.
I'm one of those people that carries all of my things in my bag so I need it to be long-lasting and durable but still be stylish and luxurious and Teddy Blake bags always encapsulate that for me, no matter which bag it is.

Every girl needs a beautiful handbag....or maybe A LOT of them. And I'm one of those girls. I'm also a huge fan of Teddy Blake handbags from previous posts so when I got a chance to work with them again I jumped. I can be very picky when it comes to handbags. A handbag not only has to be stylish for me but practical AND comfortable. If it is not all three of those things, not only will I not use it but I will not recommend it. That's why I love Teddy Blake handbags. They have so many luxuriously stylish high quality bags in different styles and colors to choose from.

In an ideal world, us women would only have to carry one bag. It would contain all of our stuff for work, play, and survival. Somehow it would magically weight NOTHING and it would never be too big and bulky. It would be gorgeous and it wouldn't hurt your shoulders.
Too bad this ain't an ideal world. And as much as I love handbags I really don't think it would be possible for me to be able to haul all of my personal things AND all of my work things. And most of you can probably relate. But did you ever notice how annoyed and grumpy we seem when we are hauling all of our stuff? It shouldn't be like that!! And that's why I always tell people to invest in a work bag that you love!

I have a new obsession and it's something I recently acquired in my handbag collection. I know a lot of people like to have a plain black or gold clutch but I tend to be drawn towards patterns especially ones that I consider neutral.
Even if leopard isn't your thing, Milan Blocks has so many adorable clutch box bags to check out. I really liked the glitter ones too!
Do you own a leopard bag? How do you style it?

I have a new obsession and it's something I recently acquired in my handbag collection. I know a lot of people like to have a plain black or gold clutch but I tend to be drawn towards patterns especially ones that I consider neutral.
Yes, this Leopard Clutch from Milan Blocks is amazing and I consider it a neutral and I'll show you why in a little bit. So It basically has 3 colors to it - brown, black, and silver glitter. Tell me those aren't neutrals!! This clutch is an acrylic box and it's easy to hold or keep under your arm at your side. However if you don't want to go strap free, it has a chain inside the box that easily clips on to two little hinges.
It looks so super chic with the chain. I seriously don't know which way I like it better. It's so roomy too and the shape makes it perfect for carrying my essentials like my phone, keys, a makeup compact, and a mini wallet.
How do I style it? Well one of my favorite things to do is wear solid colors in an outfit and then I'll add leopard print in two places. Either a scarf and shoes or a necklace and a bag. As you can see it looks super cute next to the leopard statement necklace I often wear.
You can even get super bold and wear all black and then add leopard boots, scarf, and this clutch.
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm also obsessed with mixing patterns. So I have this adorable peacock feather top and I wore simple black boots and leggings and then added the bag and it goes so well together!
Even if leopard isn't your thing, Milan Blocks has so many adorable clutch box bags to check out. I really liked the glitter ones too!

So the other week, I went to DSW to look for shoes because I had a $5 off coupon for my birthday. DSW is always hit or miss for me. Sometimes I find nothing, sometimes I find everything. Well, this time I spotted this adorable little avocado in the handbag section. Turns out it was a Betsey Johnson Clutch.
So I posted it on my Facebook and it was a big hit and I was quite happy that I purchased something (ANYTHING) with my coupon.
That night I kept looking at the clutch and how cute it was. Then the next day I went online to Amazon and found a ton of other's.
Seriously.... they have an oven, a burger, a shake, a rubik's cube, a taco, and pretty much anything and everything. Now I can't stop thinking of those adorable little clutches and how perfect they would be to collect and use. Seriously.
(Click on each one if you want to go to the Amazon page).
I'm like FREAKIN OUT OVER HERE!
HELP!
How cute are they and which one should I get next?!

Fall is here in full effect. I love wearing cardigans and boots and skinny jeans.
Speaking of skinny jeans - UM these are literally my favorite! They are from Lee Jeans and they are the Curvy Fit Modern Series Skinny Leg jeans. I actually bought 2 more pairs because that's how much I love them! They have a no gap waistband which is a miracle. For once I can bend over without my pants revealing too much! They are so comfortable and a perfect fit. They even do a great job of holding everything together in my waist if you know what I mean!
My hair extensions are fabulous and I'll get into them below.
The cardigan is from Target. I love this color for the Fall!
So let's talk about this bag. Olivia + Joy handbags have always been a favorite of mine. They are fashionable, functional, and lightweight. I love that I can have a decorative embellished bag without adding 5 pounds of weight to what I already lug around on a daily basis.
This is the Cecelia Tote. It is nice and spacious without being too bulky. There are plenty of exterior zip pockets for things I need to get access too quickly like my work ID badge, keys, etc.
Inside all of my items fit perfectly and the handle drop is the perfect size. This is my new go to bag for Fall...and probably all the other seasons as well!
Now let's talk about another amazing accessory of mine. For as long as I can remember I've worn clip in hair extensions. It's an amazing alternative to expensive salon extensions and let me tell you my confidence level is so high whenever I have them in and I can show off long beautiful locks!
These are my 16 inch medium brown extensions from Irresistible Me Hair Extensions. It's 100% Natural Remy Hair and you get free shipping! These are super silky and soft. But don't be fooled - they are still durable and won't break off. It's very easy to blend these with your natural hair. Royal Remy hair lasts longer than most and it's the closest match you can find to completely unprocessed hair. I love the volume this gives me.
You get 8 pieces with the 140 gram set - 1 piece of 4 clips, 3 pieces of 3 clips, 2 pieces of 2 clips, and 2 pieces of 1 clip.
Honestly, I love my natural hair but there is no way I could ever grow it out this long and have it be as silky and smooth. That's why Irresistible Me Hair Extensions are my next best option!

I'm always rushing around trying to get things done between errands, my main job, and my blogging so I figured I'd dedicate a blog post to the everyday items that really help me NOT go insane.
1 | A LeSportsac tote. Not only is this floral print design so classy but this tote is very lightweight. That means when I fill it with all of my daily necessities it won't weigh me down that much. Normally, the handabgs I carry contain lots of hardware and heavy material that makes the bag heavy even on it's own. So this is a nice change up. I love how spacious it is inside.

2 | Amazing products from Lindi Skin. These crazy thing about this brand of skincare products is that it was originally created in 2003 specifically for the unique needs of people undergoing cancer treatments. Anything applied to your skin is absorbed into the body so it's super important to make sure it only contains safe ingredients. All of these products have effective preservatives and lots of healing botanicals and antioxidants. They keep your skin hydrated, healthy, and protected. These are great for harsh winter air! I tried out the Eye Hydrator, Lip Balm, Citrus Face Serum, and Face Wash. My skin was so clean after using the face wash but it wasn't stripped of moisture. The Eye Hydrator and Citrus Face Serum felt so good to use on a daily basis. My skin didn't have any reactions like it normally does because of how sensitive it is. And I love the Lip Balm, it was great for the chapped winter weather!

3| Shampoo and Conditioner from Savannah Bee. The Honey & Propolis Shampoo and Conditioner are amazing not just because of how great they smell, but they really left my hair soft and shiny and they didn't dry out my scalp. This time of year I always get an itchy scalp especially after showers, but not with these. The scent was very invigorating and I could really detect the spearmint! The Royal Jelly is what nourishes your scalp with vitamins and antioxidants. The honey is gentle but still cleanses and leaves your head moisturized. Honey is an intense healing agent as well. Propolis is actually made from sap and beeswax. It protects not only the beehive but your scalp! It stimulates circulation is rich in antimicrobial properties.
And guess what?! One of you will win the shampoo and conditioner (full size) like I did!!!

So many of you know that I am obsessed with handbags and I treat my own bags like they are made of gold. For me, a bag is a long term investment that needs to last and be durable enough to carry all of my stuff. There are different bags for different occassions however. I can't really pick my favorite since my situatons always change so here is a look at a few of my main bags and what I keep in each one.
The Night Out Bag // Adorable, makes a statement, and carries the necessities for the night..that's what I love about this bag. Enough room for my phone, lip gloss, and some cash.
The Organized Bag// This bag is the perfect size to store all of my daily necessities. Everything has a compartment and it's uber organized. It's also lightweight which is important for a bag that you will carry around daily, packed with stuff!
The Work Tote// I need it to be big enough to carry my documents, laptop, and file folders around but I also like something a fun pop of color.
The Classy and Practical Tote// My Louis Vuitton bag is my practical tote because it doesn't really have any compartments so I can just toss everything inside of it and be on my way. It's stylish too and it's one of my favorite bags!
The Splurge Bag// I can justify what I spend on it because it's fabulous and I can use it wherever I want for whatever I want. Plus it makes a beautiful statement.
I love this Handbag Guide from Rue La La! It shows all the details and basics of different styles of bags so you can figure out what bag is the best fit for your lifestyle.
Which bag fits your lifestyle best??
