Sleep Better and Lose Weight with NightFood Bars - Review and *Giveaway* Ends 9/29

Did you ever have one of those nights where you toss and turn and can’t sleep?  Maybe after a weekend full of late nights, or maybe just because you have a lot on your mind.  You end up stressing so much about what time it is, how many hours of sleep you will get if you pass out RIGHT NOW, and how you might feel in the morning, that you just keep yourself up even longer!!  It happens to me at least once a week.  Well when I found this product called Nightfood Bars, I was pretty excited, but I was certainly skeptical.  I thought how cans this work?

A lot of times, people eat late at night (What else are you supposed to do when you are up at 10pm watching your favorite reality show?) and it ends up keeping them up even longer.  Not to mention, it can make you gain weight and no one wants that now do they?  Well, Sean, the founder of NightFood Bars, came up with an amazing solution.  He created a bar that would not only help you lose weight, but it would help you sleep better as well!

How is this possible?  Well, he worked with a company called Abunda Functional Foods, to include an amazing patented ingredient called Chocamine.  It’s a unique extract from caffeine-free chocolate.  It utilizes all the healthy stuff from chocolate but leaves behind all the empty fat, calories, and sugars.  It decreases hunger, improves your mood, and aids in relaxation.

So, Sean (who is a great guy, very friendly) sent me a box of NightFood Bars to try out.  I won’t lie, I was nervous to try them.  I thought “What if they make me pass conk out cold rather than easing me into sleep?” and “What if it doesn’t work?”.

My first time, I was watching my TV shows, and it was about 10:00 pm.  Normally, I go to bed by 11:30 and sit in bed and toss and turn for about 30 minutes before finally passing out.  A little bit before 11:00 I started feeling sleepy, but not obnoxiously tired.  I said to my boyfriend “I’m totally ready for bed; I’m actually looking forward to how good it will feel when I lay my head on my pillow.”  I feel right to sleep, and slept totally solid!  Most times, I wake up half an hour before my alarm, because my dogs get up and their pitter patter off the bed is enough to wake me up.  Nope, not this time.  I didn’t wake up till my alarm went off. I woke up feeling really refreshed and wasn’t groggy at all. I had great energy all day.  Also, when I woke up, I wasn’t starving.  I still ate my breakfast but it wasn’t like I had to stuff my face the second I woke up like it normally would be.

I was so happy!  I didn’t want to use NightFood Bars every night because some nights I’m tired automatically from a busy day, etc.  But every couple of days I used one and it worked great!!!  I am ready to use one every night.   Oh and they are SO DELICIOUS. I love Cookies and Creme! Who doesn't?!

I have an exciting opportunity for everyone.  Everyone will get to try Nightfood Bars AND enter to win a free box.  Ordering a sample box is risk free, if you don’t like it, you get a refund.

So, see below on how to enter.  And be sure to follow Sean on Twitter because he's fun to tweet with and often gives some helpful tips on getting better sleep.

  3. These bars really work!
As you said, Ellen, just about 45 minutes after eating one, I actually feel sleepy. I never feel sleepy at bedtime, I just toss and turn. When I do fall asleep, I still wake up several times during the night.
I sleep straight through the night with Night Food and I don't wake up groggy.
I LOVE this product. I'm ordering more. Thank you!
