My Happiness Project for the month of July was to Buy Some Happiness.

Ways I did this were:
1. Find a way to splurge on something yet respect my budget
2.  Buy something I need
3.  Get rid of some things to gain some money to make myself happy

I bought a new handbag, but I also sold 2 of mine to make up for the cost and to make room for the new one!

2.  Buy Something I Need.
I needed a better way to get organized, so I bought a Filofax! And I love it and I use it to keep my life organized.  And instead of buying decoration supplies for it, I get crafty with my own stuff!

3. Get rid of some things to gain some money to make myself happy.
I sold tons of stuff like clothing, etc. on ebay.   Simple as that!

Today I decided to embrace the bright sunshine and wear my favorite pink skinny jeans along wtih a cute sleeveless black top.  For shoes, I decided on the Camilla in Black from Just Fab!

Last week I told you about Motor Oil Matters and their Checklist!  I am sick of worrying that I'm getting my car improperly serviced by being taken advantage of at local shops and garages.  So this time, I took the advice from  Motor Oil Matters (MOM) and used their checklist when I got my oil changed from a local shop!   

Here are some of the things I looked for, using the checklist!

1. Is it time for a change?
Yes!!  My car's sensor said it was!

2. Am I getting a full change?
Yep, I asked them to show me the old and the new filter... it's always important to get a NEW filter!    I also made sure they had it securely in place and that all caps under the hood of my car were on securely and tightly! I also asked them to show me the oil they used, and the obliged!

3.  Did I get a receipt?
Yes! It showed what was done, the supplies used, and the price.  I logged it into my Auto Maintenance Log Tracket that I keep in my glove box!

4. Do I know when my next oil change is?
Yep, I ensured that they put  a sticker on my car AND reset my digital oil gauge that tells me when it's time to go for a change!

What a smooth and easy process.  Never again will I have to stress about getting my oil changed in my Civic!

Utensil Wipes Review

This scale's slip resistant and has impact-resistant tempered glass on the inside.  It gives a measurement so quickly!   ANd it automatically turns off so it conserves battery power (runs on 3 AAA batteries!) 

I seriously love this scale! It's so lightweight so it's easy for me to pick up, transfer, and to use in different rooms! I love the sleek design and the slip-resistant surface.  Also, I have to say that this scale is accurate with the Doctor's scale which is always right!  
This is a must have if you are watching your weight or just trying to stay healthy!
