My whole life I’ve always taken pills and vitamins on a daily basis.  But lately, I have had a problem with having to take so many.  And early in the morning it’s a lot to gulp down and sometimes I find myself nearly gagging my pills right back up! Not fun! Infact, sometimes I don’t even want to take all my vitamins just because of that problem!

Something that I do need to take daily is a probiotic.  Probiotics are important because they are essential for digestion, absorption, and assimilation.  Basically, if you want to have a healthy daily routine when you go to the bathroom, you want probiotics in your life! They are safe to take and natural so no need to worry about if you are putting something harmful in your body.

So Vidazorb combines probiotics and an easy to swallow form of a pill to bring you a daily probiotic supplement.  It’s chewable!! And….it’s vanilla flavored!!  At least the one I received was.  It was Vidazorb Plus.  It helps with upset stomach and helps keep your digestive function flowing smoothly! 

Seriously, I didn’t even notice I was taking a vitamin/supplement because I was so focused on how yummy it tasted and how easy it was to chew and then swallow. It didn’t turn into powder in my mouth like some, and didn’t leave a funny after taste.  I swallowed it and it was gone!  

My Advice: Trust me, you won’t regret (EVER) having a probiotic in your supplement stash!!! Plus, if you want your stomach to look nice for bikini season, it’s important to help everything flow through it easily, and a probiotic does just that!

Marc Allison Jeans Review

I love Marc Allison jeans mostly because they fit so well and are snug enough yet still loose enough that I can breathe.  I have another pair of Marc Allison jean in black but these ones are the Michi MR Skinny in charcoal and I absolutely adore them.  I love skinny jeans because you can wear them in the summer when it's cool in the evenings.  That's exactly what I did with these.  I paird them with white and black tops because that's normally what I really like to wear.

 

I love how well they are held together but the best thing about them is that when I bend or move around in them they don't squeeze me in an uncomfortable way.  It was super easy to get around and I also didn't feel as if it was suffocating my torso!  No need to undo a button on these jeans!!  I also love how they go great with sexy black boots.  Charcoal is a great summer color for jeans because it isn't too dark or light and can be worn in the daytime or in the evening!

A Great Beach Handbag

The Melie Bianco Allison Straw Tote from Silvia's Handbags seems like the perfect beach bag to me.

 It looks great because of the straw but it also is light and airy so it's perfect while working on the boardwalking or strolling through the sand on the way to dinner. I love the design and the color options but most of all I love the large straps.  The tassles give it the perfect finishing touch!

Mario Badescu offers a line of high quality skincare products for all types of skin.  On their website you can look up products for your skin, whether it's oily, dry, or a combination. 

I received some samples of their skincare line and let me tell you, their products were very gentle on my difficult skin.  It's very easy for my skin to become too oily, or even too dry.  Within 2 weeks of regular use, my skin seemed to even out.  There was a very equal balance to it and it was much better when I let it go during the day, or even when I wore makeup during the day.

You have to be careful what products you use on your skin.  Look for something effective, yet gentle, with healthy ingredients and no harsh chemicals. That's why I would choose Mario Badescu again!!

Aromafloria Review

Aromafloria has a huge huge huge selection of beauty and healthcare products that are USDA certified organic!!  They have all kind of products for all kinds of uses.  I especially love the muscle soak products!!!  That’s what I’m going to discuss today, because of how often my muscles are sore from working out.  As you know, I am now working out 5-6 days a week and that can cause some seriously sore muscles on a daily basis.

I love the muscle soak products I received from Aromafloria!! I use them all the time now! I use the body scrub in the shower on parts of my body that get really sore especially my legs!  It goes on easily, gently scrubs without being too abrasive and rinses off easily leaving a smooth, silky feel to my skin. The bath salts and bubble bath work great when you are extremely sore all over and just need a day off.  On my Fridays off I draw myself a nice hot bath with these products and let me tell you, I feel all better and ready to go by the next morning!!  I can see a huge difference in the healing time with my muscles when I use Aromafloria vs when I don’t.

I can’t wait to get a new house.  One of the reasons for that is because I love decorating and personalizing things, especially around the home. What A Good Handbag Should Have

This post might not apply to everyone since we all have different preferences but for me... this is what a good handbag should have.

1. Large enough straps that I can fit it comfortably over my shoulder even if I have a winter coat on. (This is why I love Silvia's Handbags because there are so many bags with long shoulder straps!)
2.  Inside pockets and zipper storage for things I don't want to have loose in my handbag.
3. Decorative hardware but not too much that it weighs it down.
4.  A beautiful liner.  I can't stand ugly designs on the inside.  After all, I have to look at it everytime I open it right?

It's important to always stay hydrated when at the beach.  Not only does your body need water to function but it's great for your skin.

Mont Bleu Review

Mont Bleu has some amazing glassware that you can incorporate in your beauty routine to get great results especially when it comes to eyebrows and nails.  They make high quality glass nail files and high quality tweezers that will get the job done fast without any irritation.

I received some nail files and tweezers from Mont Bleu.  The tweezers worked amazingly and it was the easiest plucking session I have ever had.  I hate plucking my eyebrows.  It’s painful, takes forever, and can get really frustrating when you can’t get the hair out.  With the tweezers I was sent, I easily got the job done within minutes and had minor irritation.  It was very easy to get a grip on each eye brow hair and also, they look pretty cool!

The Nail files work so great.  Normally, I still have uneven and jagged edges after filing my nails, and that can get really annoying.  But with the glass files I was sent by Mont Bleu, I filed my nails down quickly and very smoothly and didn’t have to do any touch ups.  That was a relief because it saved time AND stress!!!

Relationships: Why You Should Talk Your Problems Out ASAP

A major key to a happy relationship is fighting less.  You can always fight less by talking about your problems as they come up, since fighting is normally caused by a domino effect of several issues or one issue repeatedly coming up.  For example...

Gina comes home from work everyday to find her boyfriend alreadyhome and nappin gon the couch.  The place is filthy with his work boots and trash and everything from hsi workday that he brought home but didn't put away. This really bothers Gina, but she knows it will start a fight if she brings it up.  So she doesn't.  She decides to clean it herself  because the problem goes away.  The next day it happens, and the next day.  A few days later, she comes home again to the same situation and her boyfriend begins to wake up.  So Gina says "It would be nice for you to help out instead of sleep!"  Inside, Gina is mad that she can't come home and rest because she works so hard to keep the house clean.  When her boyfriend hears this, he thinks he's getting yelled at or nagged at for sleeping.  They begin to bicker about sleeping and how he needs it and she could take a nap too...When it's all said and done - NOTHING is resolved  That's because the problem wasn't her boyfriend sleeping...it was him not cleaning up after himself. 

If Gina would have addressed it in the beginnig by sitting down and having a talk with him about how it would be so helpful to her for him to clean up after himself, this wouldn't have happened.  Gina would come home to a tidy house and be happy. 

Now, if her boyfriend is just grouchy and refuses to ever help clean, that's on him, and that's a whole different topic. 

Basically, Gina was on edge because of something else so she took it out on him during a different situation because she didn't want to bring up EXACTLY what upset her.

ALWAYS talk about things right away.  If you are lucky and have a great partner, they will talk things out as well, but sometimes that isn't the case and I'll delve more into that in future blog posts.

Comfortable Footwear

Sure, high heels and super flat shoes may look good with a certain outfit, but they don’t feel good to your feet and you WILL pay for them down the road, I promise you that.  I can’t stand the styles of shoes they sell lately! They are ridiculous.  When I look for shoes, I look for something I can wear all the time and in all different situations.  I don’t want something that will hurt me and damage my feet especially my arches. 

A lot of people don’t think they can have problems with their feet.  Just because it doesn’t hurt at the time, doesn’t mean your feet aren’t suffering.  I used to wear flip flops all the time.  I could even run in flip flops! Then it caught up to me and I had to deal with Plantar Fasciitis for a couple years.  It was no fun and I am so glad I finally got rid of it.  Ever since then, I began searching for shoes that have proper arch support, thick soles, and shoes that I can walk around a lot in.

I know that in movies we all see the actors wearing beautiful footwear, but it is a job they are being paid to do and guess what!  In their free time, they DO NOT wear shoes like that, so you shouldn’t either.  A trip to the mall is a lot for your feet.  You want to look good but you want to take care of your feet, so you should seek out a pair of shoes you can walk in and feel comfortable in but not with too high of a heel, or too little arch support.  At Houser Shoes  they have the best ladies shoes including brand name shoes, that make your feet feel good and make you look stylish and fabulous while wearing them.  You should never have to sacrifice your health and well being just to look good.  I just can’t stress that enough!!

My pups received Supergravy and Lamb and Bison Airy Bites.  The Supergravy came just in time, right when I found Rocky.  For the first week, he was super nervous and wouldn’t eat.  He had no motivation at all and I was beginning to get worried.  So I mixed some Supergravy in with his food and within seconds he began eating it.  A few weeks later Pixie was sick and didn’t have any interest in eating, so out came the Supergravy, and of course, she ate!!  It mixed in nicely with her food and the smell and look didn’t make me gag or get grossed out when I was preparing her bowl for her.

I received the Note, Stick, and Hook Um products.  These are great for people like me that love being organized!!  The Note Um is so cute and it’s perfect if you want to leave it in a certain room.  Sometimes I forget to bring my lunch to work so I put it right near the light switch so whenever I turn the light off before I leave it’ll remind me “BRING YOUR LUNCH”.

I used the Stick Um to hold a couple photos up on the one wall.  It’s nice because when I wanted to change which pictures were there, there was no mess and no stress!  And the Hook Um is so great for me and my boyfriend so we don’t forget our keys!  I conveniently placed it in the foyer and it’s bright and unique so it sticks out.  No, we will never forget!!

My Advice:  Home Organization has never looked so cute or been so fun!!

It’s very gender neutral which is great since me and my boyfriend have different color tastes.  We have a lot of hardwood floors in our home so this went great in the dining room.  It’s very easy to vaccum and still very soft on my feet.  It’s stain, soil, and fade resistant which is perfect since I have 4 dogs that may stain it here and there in the future!  I really love the subtleness of this rug.  It’s perfect!!

Skin Renewal Clay Mask-This mask is made to absorb dirt and impurities on your face and tighten and reduce pores.  i have huge pores and they definitely became reduced.  It looked much better when I had makeup on too!

Terry Cloth Head Band - This was great for keeping water and product out of my hair and it was super easy to put on.  It didn't even mess up my hair at all which was great! It's very soft too!

For years I have been plagued with problem feet.  Doesn't matter what kind of shoes, I always get uncomfortable.  I know I have problems with my arches, and that's why I was so relieved to get the chance to review Kendall GelThotics inserts!  They are silicone inserts with maximal support and shock absorbency.  This is great for running shoes or even heels!  Health practioners even sell these GelThotics to help patients with plantar fasciitis, forefoot issues, and more. 

Plantar Fasciitis is terrible. I suffer from it, not so much now as before but still I get reoccuring moments of it and it is really painful.  It hurts to walk and even stand and your feet feel so cramped up!!
