A Health & Fitness Update - MAJOR PROGRESS!

So it's been a month since my last fitness progress update so here I am again. The picture on the left is me in February.  The picture on the right is me a week ago. I lost only 1 pound, but I lost 2 whole inches.  That means everything to me! So woohoo!!

I've been kickin' my own ass with my usual workouts 4 days a week but I knew my diet was still lacking.

  So I did something major.  I stopped eating after 8 pm.   I was always snacking in the evenings, even up till last month.  So I put my foot down and I jumped on the Tea Bandwagon. Now don't get all excited, I'm not into trying crazy teas and stuff.  I just buy Sleepytime Tea and some other teas that make me tired and I sip them at 8pm and fall asleep between 9:30 and 10:00.  It really does make me feel satisfied and I no longer get cravings for snacks.   Plus I get tired and fall asleep so I can't stay up thinking about food.

I'm also making better decisions when I snack throughout the day.  Lately, I let myself snack on these yummy fruit snacks from Go Organically! They seriously taste amazing and they are a lot more nutritious then your average fruit snack! They are gluten free, have no GMOs, contain real fruit, and have vitamins and minerals in them!

I have made amazing progress in the past year.   I used to be so swollen and unhappy. I'm so much happier now and I have grown accustomed to healthy habits with my diet and a regular workout routine.
