Easy Christmas Cookie Bars Recipe

Ever been so busy that you completely blank on what you should bring to a Christmas party, potluck, or even what you should make as a dessert for your kids to enjoy around Christmas?

This is one of my favorite desserts to make for Christmas.  It's pretty simple and doesn't make much of a mess.  And you can make it and as soon as it comes out of the oven just pop into a thermal tote and then bring it to your celebration for all to enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 Pouch of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Egg
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Mini Pretzels
1 Cup Red & Green M&M's
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon of Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix Sugar Cookie Mix, butter, and egg in a bowl until a soft dough forms.

3. Grease a 9x13 Baking Dish and pour the dough into it, covering the bottom completely.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cover the top with the Sweetened Condensed Milk.
6. Cover the top with the rest of the ingredients. Try to spread everything evenly over the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool completely before you cut into squares.

VOILA!
