You just push a little button to turn it on, and don't fear wasting the battery because there's an automatic shut-off feature after 20 minutes. And the Litey Leash is super strong because it's made of reinforced nylon and it's designed for dogs up to 90 lbs.
I received a Litey Leash in Hot Tamale Red. I love it and it's perfect for my Chihuahuas. There are no street lights on my road and sometimes cars come around the corner before I even have time to notice them, so it's a big pain in the rear end for me to take my dogs out once it's dark. The glow didn't bother my pup's eyes at all, actually they barely even noticed. And of course it didn't bother me but it did turn some heads because it's so fashionable and different!
