My Summer Must Haves

  

I love summer but between the bugs, the heat, and everything in between there are a few things I always make sure I have on hand, most of them I even keep in my bag when I go to people's houses for summer get togethers. Bug Spray

I never go anywhere without it because anywhere I go, I'm bound to get bit.  

 

Bug Bite Remover

I know you've seen these on TikTok and everywhere else but they really do work. They pull the icky stuff out of a bug bite if you use it right away so it basically doesn't even turn into an itchy bump.  They also remove stingers so these are a must have!  

 

Sunscreen

Seriously this is a must have because the last thing I want is skin damage and a sunburn to make me uncomfortable.  I usually just bring a lotion so I can rub it on my face or any areas exposed when I'm sitting outside.  

 

Cooling Rings

I don't carry these with me necessarily but I always have them in the freezer so when I come home from a run, inside from doing yardwork, or just want to go sit outside when it's humid without feeling like I'll pass out, I have that cool relief.  They freeze easy and when put around your neck help cool you down.  

 

Wet Wipes

You just never know...never.....

 

Water

I never go anywhere without my trusty Stanley filled with ice cold water.  I also have an irrational fear of being stuck in traffic on a highway and dying of thirst so atleast this quells that scenario. 

 

Chapstick

I always have an SPF chapstick with me to protect my lips from the sun but also so I never get dry and cracked lips. 

 

Tissues

Again - you never ever know when you will need these.
