I love my clothes and I enjoy taking care of them but there are different tips to keep in mind.  Here's what I do to keep my wardrobe giving off a fresh scent and looking vibrant. 

1// Only wash when necessary.
Just because I wore a shirt for a couple hours, doesn't mean it has to be washed if it's not sweaty or dirty at all.  Some of my shirts are delicate so I can't wash them every SINGLE time I wear them.

2// Hang to dry.
I hang the majority of my clothing items instead of putting them through the dryer.  Not only does it prevent shrinking but drying can be very rough on delicate items so I try to avoid it when possible.

3// Use Purex Crystals Scent Splash.
I use New Purex Crystals ScentSplash in-wash fragrance booster as a way to give my clothing an amazing scent. I just add it directly into my washer.  There are a few scents to choose from and all of them are lovely, including Fresh Spring Waters, Fresh Lavendar Blossom, and Fresh Mountain Breeze.  Even after several wears, my shirts smell so amazing as if they were JUST washed.

My Debt Snowball Progress (March)

I'm on my last credit card and I can almost taste the feeling of zero debt!


I am so excited!!

Last month I paid $1,228 towards my debt!! I'm down to about $2,100 now!!!  I am seriously so ecstatic.   It feels like it's taking forever. It's RIGHT THERE!!!


All the extra income I make from blogging goes directly towards my debt!


The snowball method has really worked wonders too!

I have been up to so much crazy stuff lately and life is a blur. There are a few awesome products I've been using that I wanted to share with you!

Tidying + Organizing Beauty Products with the KonMari Method

I already showed you my closet after using the KonMari Method but what about all my beauty supplies and accessories?  Well.... without further ado...

So my excess beauty supplies... while I purged a lot of it, I kept plenty that not only brings me joy but is necessary for me as a blogger.   I will still go through and re-KM everything but this is where it stands after my first run through of KMing. I labeled the drawers all nice and simple.  Inside...


 This is my drawer for sponges and brushes.

 Here's my eye makeup and concealer/foundation.



Here's my eyelashes and mascaras.

These are fashion fixes aka foot items, shoe items, and bra items.

Here are my perfumes... and where I keep my purse holders and keychains. 

And here are my sunglasses.

I have 2 little plastic bins for nail polishes and my Gel nail items. 

Then I have a little plastic drawer set for the stuff I currently use on a daily basis. 

Here is my vanity...

 and that's my drawer with all my hair supplies.

 For jewelry I display it all.  I cleaned out my armoire so I can give that away and have more floor space in my bedroom.

 This is the plastic drawer set that I use for earrings.

I used little jewelry boxes that I already had. 


Honestly, I love that I got rid of so much of the jewelry I never wore and the makeup I would NEVER wear.   It's so much easier for me to find stuff now.
