My whole life I’ve always taken pills and vitamins on a daily basis.  But lately, I have had a problem with having to take so many.  And early in the morning it’s a lot to gulp down and sometimes I find myself nearly gagging my pills right back up! Marc Allison Jeans Review

I love Marc Allison jeans mostly because they fit so well and are snug enough yet still loose enough that I can breathe.  I have another pair of Marc Allison jean in black but these ones are the Michi MR Skinny in charcoal and I absolutely adore them.  I love skinny jeans because you can wear them in the summer when it's cool in the evenings.  That's exactly what I did with these.  I paird them with white and black tops because that's normally what I really like to wear.

 

I love how well they are held together but the best thing about them is that when I bend or move around in them they don't squeeze me in an uncomfortable way.  It was super easy to get around and I also didn't feel as if it was suffocating my torso!  No need to undo a button on these jeans!!  I also love how they go great with sexy black boots.  Charcoal is a great summer color for jeans because it isn't too dark or light and can be worn in the daytime or in the evening!

A Great Beach Handbag

Fashion can be tricky, because while something looks good, it may not be great for your health.  This is especially true when it comes to shoes.  If you don’t have good arch support, you can really pay the price in a few years.  I learned the hard way by wearing flip flops for years and then had really bad problems with Plantar Fasciitis.  Now that I’ve healed, I’ll never make that mistake again.

Mario Badescu offers a line of high quality skincare products for all types of skin.  On their website you can look up products for your skin, whether it's oily, dry, or a combination. 

I received some samples of their skincare line and let me tell you, their products were very gentle on my difficult skin.  It's very easy for my skin to become too oily, or even too dry.  Within 2 weeks of regular use, my skin seemed to even out.  There was a very equal balance to it and it was much better when I let it go during the day, or even when I wore makeup during the day.

You have to be careful what products you use on your skin.  Look for something effective, yet gentle, with healthy ingredients and no harsh chemicals. That's why I would choose Mario Badescu again!!

Aromafloria has a huge huge huge selection of beauty and healthcare products that are USDA certified organic!!  They have all kind of products for all kinds of uses.  I especially love the muscle soak products!!!  That’s what I’m going to discuss today, because of how often my muscles are sore from working out.  As you know, I am now working out 5-6 days a week and that can cause some seriously sore muscles on a daily basis.

I love the muscle soak products I received from Aromafloria!! I use them all the time now! I use the body scrub in the shower on parts of my body that get really sore especially my legs!  It goes on easily, gently scrubs without being too abrasive and rinses off easily leaving a smooth, silky feel to my skin. What A Good Handbag Should Have

This post might not apply to everyone since we all have different preferences but for me... this is what a good handbag should have.

1. Large enough straps that I can fit it comfortably over my shoulder even if I have a winter coat on. (This is why I love Silvia's Handbags because there are so many bags with long shoulder straps!)
2.  Inside pockets and zipper storage for things I don't want to have loose in my handbag.
3. Decorative hardware but not too much that it weighs it down.
4.  A beautiful liner.  I can't stand ugly designs on the inside.  After all, I have to look at it everytime I open it right?

Mont Bleu Review

Mont Bleu has some amazing glassware that you can incorporate in your beauty routine to get great results especially when it comes to eyebrows and nails.  They make high quality glass nail files and high quality tweezers that will get the job done fast without any irritation.

Comfortable Footwear

Sure, high heels and super flat shoes may look good with a certain outfit, but they don’t feel good to your feet and you WILL pay for them down the road, I promise you that.  I can’t stand the styles of shoes they sell lately! They are ridiculous.  When I look for shoes, I look for something I can wear all the time and in all different situations.  I don’t want something that will hurt me and damage my feet especially my arches. 

A lot of people don’t think they can have problems with their feet.  Just because it doesn’t hurt at the time, doesn’t mean your feet aren’t suffering.  I used to wear flip flops all the time.  I could even run in flip flops! Then it caught up to me and I had to deal with Plantar Fasciitis for a couple years.  It was no fun and I am so glad I finally got rid of it.  Ever since then, I began searching for shoes that have proper arch support, thick soles, and shoes that I can walk around a lot in.

I know that in movies we all see the actors wearing beautiful footwear, but it is a job they are being paid to do and guess what!  In their free time, they DO NOT wear shoes like that, so you shouldn’t either.  A trip to the mall is a lot for your feet.  You want to look good but you want to take care of your feet, so you should seek out a pair of shoes you can walk in and feel comfortable in but not with too high of a heel, or too little arch support.  At Houser Shoes  they have the best ladies shoes including brand name shoes, that make your feet feel good and make you look stylish and fabulous while wearing them.  You should never have to sacrifice your health and well being just to look good.  I just can’t stress that enough!!

Our Pool is Up!!!

Well, the rain finally stopped for an entire day so it was time for us to finally tackle our Spring project - the pool!!!  I purchased an above ground pool that's 12'x4' from Target for just $200 shipped!  I also got a $20 solar cover!!  So exciting.  I've had it since March and we've been dying to put it up.  So that was the first part of our project.

Overall, it was pretty easy.   The instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first just because we thought it would be harder than it actually was.   We had to find level ground and Johnny had to mow and mow so that we could put the tarp down.  We also had to measure... a lot!

So exciting!! See the instruction booklet? It's huge!

After 2 hours and 3 trips to different stores for a tarp, with some team work and some elbow grease, we put the frame up in no time!


We headed to Lowes after it was set up because we needed pavers in order to make a nice and neat path from the porch to the pool.  For some reason I was so excited about this.  So we shopped around and found a great deal (you'll see the pavers a few pics down).

Oh and something hilarious happened.  In our starved and overworked state, we each grabbed a bag of Cheetos at checkout.  We got into the truck and began shoveling handfuls of the orange crispy goodness into our face for about 60 full seconds without speaking before we busted out laughing.  We both had tears in our eyes.  We literally sat still in the parking spot just stuffing our faces with Cheetos and not even talking.  I think the last thing we had said before this point was "I love Cheetos!"

When we got home we had to do some more measuring while we filled the pool.

Our plan was to put two pavers side by side in a nice little path leading to the pool.  This would also involve some digging and hoe-ing (haha) and lots of sand, which we made a FIFTH (yes, FIFTH!) trip back to Lowes for! But we definitely took a nice long break for some Little Caesars pizza and I gulped down my amazing Neuro drink!!

Back to work from out break! We had to line up and arrange the pavers and unload the sand from the truck!

Then came the super fun part.  We both took turns digging, using the hoe (HAHA!) and you will see why I'm laughing in my picture comment below. I know, I'm so mature!

We laughed so hard as I struggled to do my best.  And this goes without saying...if you truly love someone, you can get ANYTHING done together and make the best of it.


And then we got down to business...well, Johnny did at least!!

Pavers and Pavers and Pavers all day Sunday kept us going!  But at least the pool was done!

I got to test the pool chemicals and all that jazz!

And here is the awesome path that leads from the door to the pool!!

It was a lot of work but was well worth it.  Oh, and it took us like 8 trips to Lowes.  I'm not even kidding!!

Nordic Naturals is a great company that offers healthy fish oil supplements.  Their products are regularly chosen by independent research instititutions and universities for scientific studies.  So you know that means they are good and their stuff works!

They also have pet supplements.  I even received one of them.  It was Pet Cod Liver Oil.  It’s very important for dogs and cats to get the omega-3 fatty acids in their diet because it promotes healthy skin, hair, joints, heart, and eyes.  If you want your dog to have les dander and shed less, you want to make sure they have a healthy skin and coat right?

Well, I put a little bit in the food bowls for Pixie, Grace, Stella, and Rocky and mixed it in with their dry kibble.  They never even noticed.  It was so easy and within about 3 weeks I saw really shiny coats and I also noticed they were itching their skin less!

Sure, it's nice to stay on top of the latest discounts, but that actually kind of makes you WANT to foolishly spend money.  So go through your deleted mail and see what you deleted and why.  If it's something you never look at (sales at a certain website, etc.) then unsubscribe from it.  Also, check your spam box to unsubscribe from junky emails.  Your amount of email can be greatly reduced from this!
Don't have Facebook/Twitter notications sent to your email. Especially if you have email go to your phone, this just gets annoying when it continuously buzzes because so and so commented on your status.  Facebook already has notifications, so just use those.

Clear Your Feed. If you get tired of someone's continuous strange posts, you can hide it from your feed, or even unsubscribe from them.  This is the same for fan pages.  Sometimes it can be a bit much to get on and see all the updates and feel like you have to read them all.
Get Rid of Apps/Games.  I hate them, So I chose to block/ignore all invites.  I also hide them from my feed. I don't care what Joe Smith does on Farmville, sorry!

Twitter
Unfollow those that don't interest you anymore.  It's okay, it happens.  But at least when you get on you can focus on the important tweets that you actually care about.
