A Great Beach Handbag
It looks great because of the straw but it also is light and airy so it's perfect while working on the boardwalking or strolling through the sand on the way to dinner. I love the design and the color options but most of all I love the large straps. The tassles give it the perfect finishing touch!

Mario Badescu Review
I received some samples of their skincare line and let me tell you, their products were very gentle on my difficult skin. It's very easy for my skin to become too oily, or even too dry. Within 2 weeks of regular use, my skin seemed to even out. There was a very equal balance to it and it was much better when I let it go during the day, or even when I wore makeup during the day.
You have to be careful what products you use on your skin. Look for something effective, yet gentle, with healthy ingredients and no harsh chemicals. That's why I would choose Mario Badescu again!!

What A Good Handbag Should Have
1. Large enough straps that I can fit it comfortably over my shoulder even if I have a winter coat on. (This is why I love Silvia's Handbags because there are so many bags with long shoulder straps!)
2. Inside pockets and zipper storage for things I don't want to have loose in my handbag.
3. Decorative hardware but not too much that it weighs it down.
4. A beautiful liner. I can't stand ugly designs on the inside. After all, I have to look at it everytime I open it right?
What's your critera?

A lot of people don’t think they can have problems with their feet. Just because it doesn’t hurt at the time, doesn’t mean your feet aren’t suffering. I used to wear flip flops all the time. I could even run in flip flops! Then it caught up to me and I had to deal with Plantar Fasciitis for a couple years. It was no fun and I am so glad I finally got rid of it. Ever since then, I began searching for shoes that have proper arch support, thick soles, and shoes that I can walk around a lot in.
Make sure you invest in a few comfortable pairs of shoes for each season, that way you never have to wind up in the situation I was in. You will thank yourself in the longrun, as will your feet!
Where to buy Wedding Jewelry
DiamondWave has a great selection of vintage engagement rings and other wedding jewelry. Vintage engagement rings are great for people who like to be unique and different and are great for vintage-themed weddings.
And if you are looking for jewelry for the big day, DiamondWave has beautiful stud earrings. Stud earrings are great because they don't take away too much from your hairstyle, necklace, and dress, but they add just enough to make for a gorgeous finishing touch. Plus, stud earrings can be worn for so many other occassions. It's not something you will buy and only wear once!
Most websites can be ovewhelming especially with wedding jewelry, but I like how organized and easy to browse the DiamondWave website is. I love the clear descriptions and informative details. This is a website I will definitely be using in the future. I am also going to recommend it to my friends, as most of them are about to enter the "next step" in their relationship!
So next time you hear someone say how overwhelmed they are, you can point them in the right direction when it comes to finding the best jewelry for their engagement, wedding, and reception! I will keep this in mind for my big day, whenever that may be!

I saw this Mastiff shirt on the Arm the Animals website today and I just love how it resembles the shirts for the band Misfits. And most people know right away what that is, so when they see Mastiff written how it is, it reminds us how breeds like this never seem to fit in because they are assumed to be aggressive or even be fighting dogs! That is so not true! My neighbor has an extremely friendly Mastiff and they have always been known to be such loyal dogs. Help raise awareness about this little issue by purchasing a shirt from Arm the Animals. Part of the proceeds goes towards helping shelter animals in America!!!

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of homemadedogfood.com for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
There are so many pet food recalls lately that it makes me so paranoid when thinking of a food to feed my dogs. This is why Homemade dog food is such a great alternative. On their website, there is actually an Easy cooked dog food recipe. This not only will save you money, but it gives you piece of mind. You will be feeding your dogs all natural food ingredients and also supplementing them with vitamins and minerals. Surprisingly, most ingredients you need you probably already have or you may even get on a regular basis. Yep, like eggs, meat, etc.
It basically reminds me of making a meat loaf or a large dish like that. And the best part is that a homemade dog food meal will never be turned down by your dog. You KNOW how much they beg for table scraps so imagine how thrilled they will be when they are actually allowed to have table food of their own! When you make the food you give your dog, you don't have to worry about the toxins it could come into contact with at a factory, so you won't have to worry about anything that makes your pet ill. This is why it's a lot more easier to deal with then manufactured pet food!
Our Pool is Up!!!

My perfect match - such a hard worker! |
![]() |
I look so goofy trying to pose while avoiding pinching my fingers! |
Overall, it was pretty easy. The instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first just because we thought it would be harder than it actually was. We had to find level ground and Johnny had to mow and mow so that we could put the tarp down. We also had to measure... a lot!
![]() |
So exciting!! See the instruction booklet? It's huge! |
After 2 hours and 3 trips to different stores for a tarp, with some team work and some elbow grease, we put the frame up in no time!
We headed to Lowes after it was set up because we needed pavers in order to make a nice and neat path from the porch to the pool. For some reason I was so excited about this. So we shopped around and found a great deal (you'll see the pavers a few pics down).
Oh and something hilarious happened. In our starved and overworked state, we each grabbed a bag of Cheetos at checkout. We got into the truck and began shoveling handfuls of the orange crispy goodness into our face for about 60 full seconds without speaking before we busted out laughing. We both had tears in our eyes. We literally sat still in the parking spot just stuffing our faces with Cheetos and not even talking. I think the last thing we had said before this point was "I love Cheetos!"

"I Love Cheetos!" |
When we got home we had to do some more measuring while we filled the pool.
Our plan was to put two pavers side by side in a nice little path leading to the pool. This would also involve some digging and hoe-ing (haha) and lots of sand, which we made a FIFTH (yes, FIFTH!) trip back to Lowes for! But we definitely took a nice long break for some Little Caesars pizza and I gulped down my amazing Neuro drink!!

Goofy me! |

Thirsty! |

Doing the head tilt! |
Back to work from out break! We had to line up and arrange the pavers and unload the sand from the truck!
Then came the super fun part. We both took turns digging, using the hoe (HAHA!) and you will see why I'm laughing in my picture comment below. I know, I'm so mature!
![]() |
Can you dig it? I could! |
![]() |
oh, you know...just hoe-ing! lol |
We laughed so hard as I struggled to do my best. And this goes without saying...if you truly love someone, you can get ANYTHING done together and make the best of it.
And then we got down to business...well, Johnny did at least!!
Pavers and Pavers and Pavers all day Sunday kept us going! But at least the pool was done!
I got to test the pool chemicals and all that jazz!
And here is the awesome path that leads from the door to the pool!!
It was a lot of work but was well worth it. Oh, and it took us like 8 trips to Lowes. I'm not even kidding!!
Geometric Bags
What is so special about the Melie Bianco Riki Geometric Bag? Look at how cool it looks! This is an awesome summer bag!! I read up on it at Silvia's Handbags and basically, you can carry it with you during the day with the shoulder strap, and use the top handle at night when you want to use it as an evening bag. Any subtle outfit will get spiced up with this on your shoulder. It's such asimple design but it does so much for a look!!!

How many email accounts do you have? Do you really need 5? I have 2. My public/blog email address, and a personal one I use for bills and my survey sites.
Stop signing up for newsletters! Sure, it's nice to stay on top of the latest discounts, but that actually kind of makes you WANT to foolishly spend money. So go through your deleted mail and see what you deleted and why. If it's something you never look at (sales at a certain website, etc.) then unsubscribe from it. Also, check your spam box to unsubscribe from junky emails. Your amount of email can be greatly reduced from this!
Don't have Facebook/Twitter notications sent to your email. Especially if you have email go to your phone, this just gets annoying when it continuously buzzes because so and so commented on your status. Facebook already has notifications, so just use those.
Clear Your Feed. If you get tired of someone's continuous strange posts, you can hide it from your feed, or even unsubscribe from them. This is the same for fan pages. Sometimes it can be a bit much to get on and see all the updates and feel like you have to read them all.
Get Rid of Apps/Games. I hate them, So I chose to block/ignore all invites. I also hide them from my feed. I don't care what Joe Smith does on Farmville, sorry!
Unfollow those that don't interest you anymore. It's okay, it happens. But at least when you get on you can focus on the important tweets that you actually care about.
