This vehicle was loaned to me by Mitsubishi and DriveSTI in exchange for my honest review. Read my Disclosure Policy.

You already know the basics from my first post about the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE but now I'll give you 5 reasons that this SUV is great for a 20-something lifestyle!
car reviews, Cars, Drive STI, driving experience, mitsubishi, mitsubishi outlander, SUV,

1.It's great for an Active Lifestyle.

Whether it's biking, hiking, fishing, or camping, the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE has many exterior and interior features to suit your needs. The roof rails make it easier to stow camping gear, canoes, or whatever else you need to bring along on your adventure. The trunk gives you room for your luggage, your fishing gear, and whatever else you need to stow away for the ride.

2. It's Perfect for an On-The-Go Person

I'm always on a schedule so I'm always rushing into the car, throwing my purse somewhere and fumbling to get the windows defrosted and the car to warm up before I take off in the morning. But the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE has plenty of room for my purse, heated seats, and heated sideview mirrors. Plus you don't need the key in the ignition to start the car so it's okay if it's sitting in your purse. As long as it's in the vehicle with you, you can just push to start! I can't tell you how many times I've done this already on the way to work in this SUV.

3. It's great for the City.

I work downtown in the city which means I constantly am dealing with sharp turns, obnoxious curves, parallel parking, and small parking spaces in my garage. That's where the convenient size of this SUV comes in handy. It is just the right size to maneuver around easily and the backup camera really helps with parallel parking in a hurry when you have a line of traffic forming behind you. Plus, it fits great in the small parking spots. And as for gas mileage it gets 24 mpg so that's not too shabby at all for an SUV. Oh, and I love the spacious open look and feel from the driver's seat making it easy to see other vehicles and even your blind spot.

4. It's great for the Country.

Not only is the navigation system on point, but you can enjoy the open road with the fresh air and beautiful sunlight right above you with the panoramic sunroof. Plus, it even has LED illumination for night time. I also have to say, when it comes to the rough dirt or rocky roads (I had to go on one to check out a horse stable this week), the All-wheel Drive kind of makes you feel like the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE is walking on it's own 4 wheels! I mean, really, it is, but you know what I'm trying to say. I didn't kick rocks up as I pulled out of the parking lot, and I for once didn't deal with pebbles flying up in the air!

5. It's great for Friends.

Let's face it... when you're young, you like to bring your friends everywhere and it's even more fun when you can be goofy in the car on the way to a concert or football game. The spacious backseat is great for friends and there's plenty of room for everyone to keep their bags in the trunk. The rear center armrest with cupholders ensures that you as a driver can drive and pay attention to the road without having to be distracted by the questions like "Can you turn the heat up?" "Turn the music UP!" and "is there a cupholder back here?". The sound system is great for jamming along to music while you enjoy your road trip!

Check back on Monday when I show you 3 fun things I did with the 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport SE.
