Okay, I'm gonna let you in on a secret.   I have 2 necessities that help me do my best on every run, whether it's a 5k or just my daily jog.

Amazing Headphones
I need music to run.  That's not my secret weapon though.  My secret weapon is the most comfortable and enjoyable way I've found to listen to that music!  Yurbuds Inspire for Women are designed for the female athlete.  Women have smaller ears so the TwistLock technology and FlexSoft comfort fit guarantee these to be pain-free and stay in your ear!

They are sweat and water-resistant which comes in handy on rainy days and the sound quality is AMAZING! I seriously forget I'm even wearing earbuds on my runs. Plus they have a sleek sexy design and come in fun feminine colors!

Compression Socks
I love my Women's Performance Compression Calf Socks from Tommie Copper. Compression socks are great because the improve circulation a nd they enhance muscle and joint performance.  They also increase oxygen to your muscles and it shortens the muscle and joint recovery time.  With all the running I do, I need all the help I can get.  They have a natural anti-odor technology and Cool Copper moisture wicking technology to keep my foot cool and dry.  It's amazing how much better I am at my runs when I wear these.  They are so comfortable and so stylish.  Plus, when I'm in a race, people know what to look for when I say I have bright coral socks! :)
What are your secret weapons for workouts?
