The Problem With A Long Haired Household

I love my long hair, don't get me wrong but it seems to cause a lot of issues.  Not only that but my mom, dad, and brother have hair on the longer side.  I also have 4 Chihuahuas.  They like to peruse the floor and carpet to find any and every possible edible crumb of food.   So what's the problem? Well, we all shed our hair and occasionally it gets sucked up by one of the dogs, usually Pixie.   It slows her system and she usually has trouble going to the bathroom.  It's caused many a spur the moment vet trip. I am not even kidding you with this, it's like an epidemic in my household!    So in order to prevent that from happening it's important that I vacuum the house as often as I can and make sure to suck up not only dog hair but human hair.

But there's still a problem!  For the longest time the vacuum I was using would get into a huge tangled mess in the brushroll thanks to all the long hair.  Then I would have to flip the darn thing over, sit on the ground and cut the strands of hair out.  Do you know how gross and annoying it is to have to cut the hair and then try yanking it out of the brushroll? It's not fun, I promise you that!   So finally, I started using Eureka Brushroll Clean™ with SuctionSeal®!    It sucks up ALL the hair and I never have to worry about it tangling and having to sit down and cut and pull it out.  This saves me time and energy and makes me a very happy person!

Oh, by the way, I love this nifty little cord storage.  It rolls in and out with the push of a button.

It's amazing how much hair it can actually suck up.   This vacuum uses a Brushroll Clean Technology® to remove tangles with the touch of a button.  Then you can actually get a cleaner floor! As you move the vacuum across the floor the plates inside raise and lower which create a seal to help maximize the airflow so you get a more powerful cleaning experience.  Air can easily pass through the vacuum so it decreases the distance the dirt travels which means you get a stronger more powerful airflow. I don't even have to worry about messing up my floors because there are little soft rubber wheels.   The dust cup is washable and reusable and it means less cleaning of the filter itself.  Talk about low maintenance! Now you can understand why I vacuum 2-3 times a week!
Check out the twisted hair on my old vacuum.
And look at how clean my room is!

  1. Love that this saves time by not having to sit down and detangle the long hair in the vacuum. We have three girls and all with LONG hair!

  2. It seems awesome! I have pets and long hair and the hair always gets clogged and tangled in the brush. This would be so convenient!
