Wow! Never in a million years did I think I would enjoy cooking until HelloFresh came along! James and I don't have any kids and we don't plan to have any so when we cook it's only for two people.  Well HelloFresh has a weekly box of 3 meals that feed 2 people for the price of about $70.  That's not too shabby.  Everything is so fresh and healthy and tastes delicious.   I'm a bit challenged in the kitchen but surprisingly this was SO EASY that I'm telling you anyone can do it!! Let's take a look at my week of meals from HelloFresh.

The meals come packaged inside a large box, but each meal is contained in it's own little white box. The meat is separate obviously but everything comes cold.   You get all the ingredients with the exception of basic things like olive oil, salt, pepper, etc.
Our first meal was Chicken Fajitas with Homemade Guacamole and Pico De Gallo.
So here are the ingredients and the meat all laid out.

The instructions were very detailed and walk you through every little step carefully.   You basically do some multitasking but it's okay because everything is timed out to work that way. When the meat was cooking we worked on the sides.   I have never even made homemade guacamole before so I was so proud of myself for this!
This is my homemade Pico De Gallo!

And voila!

Next up was Seared Steak and Charred Nectarine Salad with Feta, Pecans, & Basil.

The instructions come on these nice thick cards that are great to save and use again down the road!  It tells you the difficulty level and the prep time too!

The really cool part if you will start to make something and it just looks totally weird on it's own but then it all starts coming together towards the end.
I didn't even know you could char nectarines?!

Ugh this was so delicious!

Next up was...Black Bean and Farrow Salad with Apples!

This one was so fun to make and so easy.

There were only 7 ingredients in this one and it's a vegan meal!

I honestly LOVE HelloFresh and I plan to keep getting more boxes each week!

It's so nice not having to run out to the store for what you need. And it's so much easier to eat healthy!

And if you use this code [3BNF34] when you sign up for the first time you can get $40 off your first box!

Have you ever tried a service like this? Did it make your life easier?
