Outfit of the Day: Royal Blue

I really love wearing royal blue because it makes my green eyes pop and makes them look a little bluish as well.













The top is from The Mogan, and I absolutely love the color! They have the best basic tees!   The skirt is a Cassie pencil skirt from LuLaRoe.  The black and white pattern is great because it can go with ANY color top.
