I am all about natural wellness and I am totally loving the products I've been using from Populum so I wanted to share them with you!

The Populum Zen Pet Chews are the star of the show because my dogs are super excited to get any form of treats. They are formulated with wild Alaskan salmon, apples, and domestically sourced full-spectrum hemp extract. My dogs LOVE the salmon taste! You see, dogs and cats have endocannabinoid systems just like we do and this system interacts with cannabinoids and terpenes that are found in the hemp plants. So when it comes to stuff like mobility issues (joints and inflammation), anxiety (loud noises, being alone), and overall well-being, CBD is a great way to give them relief. The salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids which support the immune system and are great for fur and skin. The apple has vitamins and antioxidants. Hempseed oil has additional fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals, and the actual hemp oil has CBD and terpenes that support the endocannabinoid system.

The Zen Pets Calming Hemp Oil is pretty much used the same way but if you have a finicky dog or cat that won’t let you put the dropper near it’s mouth you can just put some of the drops on their food. My dogs don’t know the difference at all! I only need to use ½ a dropper since my dogs are 10 pounds and under. This formula is more suitable for our pets and more cost-effective then using a regular hemp oil tincture because it has a lower concentration of hemp extract. It also has a coconut oil flavor in it so it has the benefits of hemp oil but it still gentle.

My dogs have been doing GREAT despite being seniors. They aren’t as wobbly when they walk and I can tell it’s helping their arthritic bodies move a lot more. They seem to have more energy even and enjoy walks and wrestling with each other. They don’t seem to have itchy skin anymore either and their fur is smooth and shiny. I mean seriously, these guys are looking and feeling great for their ages.

For me, as a human of course, the Cold Therapy Hemp Rub is something I use very often these days, especially since I exercise regularly. I just apply a squirt of the lotion onto clean skin and liberally massage it into the area for a few minutes to help it absorb. Within a few minutes I can feel a very pleasant cooling sensation. This is so nice for when I wake up with sore neck muscles if I happened to sleep in a bad position or if my muscles are achy and sore from an intense workout. It’s very invigorating and refreshing. It also has chamomile which has been used for ages in teas and topicals as well as Arnica which has anti-bruising and antimicrobial properties. And of course the aloe vera helps provide cool relief and absorbs quickly into my skin. Sometimes I just use it to relax at the end of a long and stressful day.

The Full-Spectrum Hemp CBD Oil is all natural and the hemp is grown in the USA. You just open the bottle and fill the dropper and then place the dose under your tongue for about 30 seconds. I even use my tongue to sort of rub the oil onto my cheeks. I take a couple deep breaths and then swallow it. It has an amazing orange flavor and it’s something I use every single day. The compounds found in this extract help your body balance itself out overall whether it’s inflammation or swelling or something else that’s out of balance, I always feel better on a full-body basis when I take this on a daily basis.

If you have not tried Populum CBD products yet, get on it! I love this stuff!!
