Looky What I Caught!

Me and my trout!
Well the other day I went fishing in the Yellow Breeches and guess what I caught on my third cast!! A trout! This is huge for me because I've never even seen a trout in real life let alone caught one.  I was so excited!  No one else around us caught anything that day and neither did Johnny so I was quite proud of myself.  It measured 11.5 inches!

So proud of myself!

Fishing is on my Summer Bucket List because I want to do it as often as I can and we have been going to State Parks but had no luck.   It was catch and release so we let him/her go right away after I snapped one last pic!!   We plan to go fishing again Friday!

    Congrats on your catch! When my brother and I were younger, we use to love going fishing together. Actually, I don't know how much he enjoyed taking me, because I wouldn't touch the worms and he had to put them on my hook.

    What great memories you brought back for me. I used to fish with my Dad all the time when I was young. He would get soooo upset when I would catch something and he didn't!
