The January POPSUGAR Must Have box has arrived and I am really loving it this month! The theme of the items seems to celebrate the fact that it's a new year and we need to make the most of the cold weather!

RXBAR || I've been dying to try one of these bars so I was super excited to see this in my box. The Chocolate Sea Salt was delicious! For a protein bar I was very impressed. The ingredients are always very simple and listed on the front. Egg whites, almonds, and dates. These bars are gluten free, soy free, and dairy free and are perfect when you need a snack after a good workout. The retail price is $1.99.
KeepCup Clear Edition || The KeepCup is so cool! It's an eco friendly way to enjoy coffee. This isn't made of glass so if you drop it there's no worries. It's a great size for my morning coffee at my desk! The retail price is $19.
Hat Attack Lightweight Ribbed Hat || This hat is so adorable and I love the faux fur pom on top. The color is neutral which means I can style it with many different outfits and outerwear. I love wearing it slouchy like I did over the weekend but you can also cuff it if you want. The retail price is $44. Ban.Do Wall Calendar || To celebrate the new year, this is an awesome calendar that is full of bright colors and catchy phrases to keep you going throughout the year. There is even a page of stickers to decorate the calendar. The retail price is $20. Farmacy Beauty Honey Drop Moisturizer || I've heard of this brand before and I was excited to see I would finally get to try it out. The winter can wreak havoc on my skin and this lightweight moisturizer has superfood ingredients, honey, and hyaluronic acid. I actually started wearing it under my makeup too since I hate when I have flaky skin at work. The retail price is $45. Organic Carbon + Coconut Teeth Whitening Powder and Toothbrush - How cool! A natural way to whiten teeth with the power of activated charcoal. This is perfect for me since I adore wine and coffee but despise what it does to my teeth. Average value $43.95.
Deco Miami Lavender Cuticle Oil - This stuff is awesome. I was in dire need of a cuticle oil anyways but this one is amazing because it has argan oil and bamboo extract! It basically softens and moisturizes the cuticle of your nails. The value of this product is $12.50.
Trestique Matte Color + Shiny Balm Lip Crayon - Lip crayons are a favorite of mine because it makes it so easy to apply color and I just love that it's a 2-in-1 product. It has a value of $28!
Mer-Sea & Co. Scarf - This is the most comfortable scarf ever! It's a polyester knit and it is SO WARM!!!!! It's got a value of $98! And the company that makes it has teamed up with water.org which is a charity to make clean water available to women and their families in developing countries. Seriously this scarf is my favorite item.
B-Low the Belt Mia Belt in tan - I love this belt. It's 100% made of synthetic leather and has a round buckle hardware which keeps it sleek and stylish. This would be perfect to wear over a long cardigan where you would loop it through the hole once to get a nice sleek look. It's got a value of $55.
Private Party Gym Bag - Not only is there an adorable phrase on this bag but I love the denim wash and the nice cotton handles. The zipper compartment on the outside seals everything tightly inside and there's even an inner pocket to keep things safe. It's got a value of $59.

I may be watching what I eat, but that doesn't mean I can't indulge once in a while. And thanks to Sweets Gift Box, I can indulge on 4-5 goodies each month. Lovely Caramel Chews - Okay, Lovely makes delicious candy so I was expecting these to be good but didn't realize how addicting they are. It was impossible for me to have just one. They are super buttery soft caramels and they are a nice after- dinner treat.
Chocolate Covered Potato Chips - Need I say more/ This is my favorite snack in the world and it goes great with a tall glass of milk!

So I know I'm all about healthy choices when it comes to food but every once in a while I splurge. I am very choosy when I splurge and go off my diet so I am careful how I do it. Well MunchPak made it super easy for me.

I love meat! Don't get me wrong - I love plant-based foods as well but there's something so delicious and primal about meat. I mean that's basically what our ancestors survived on.
