Week 12 was a breeze. I have weighed in at 121.4 lbs this week and lost 18.6 lbs so far on Nutrisystem ! Especially since it's nice out, I find I am loving the convenience of a quick, easy to prepare meal during the day. No need to worry about missing out on nice weather because I have to go inside and cook! Plus, I'm doing more yardwork now so I'm getting a great workout!!
