Ever been so busy that you completely blank on what you should bring to a Christmas party, potluck, or even what you should make as a dessert for your kids to enjoy around Christmas?
This Christmas Cookie Bar Recipe is super simple to make and has minimum mess. You can make it in the same dish that you can bring along to celebrations for all to enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 Pouch of Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
1 Egg
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Mini Pretzels
1 Cup Red & Green M&M's
1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tablespoon of Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix Sugar Cookie Mix, butter, and egg in a bowl until a soft dough forms. Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Grease a 9x13 Baking Dish and pour the dough into it, covering the bottom completely.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and cover the top with the Sweetened Condensed Milk.
6. Cover the top with the rest of the ingredients. Try to spread everything evenly over the top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes and let cool completely before you cut into squares.
