Yum Yum Toosum

I'm always looking for delicious and nutritious snacks and that's why I was happy to discover toosum. It got it's name from the old English word "toothsome" which means temptingly tasty and delicious.  So toosum is just that, and it contains all-natural ingredients from around the planet.  It's a little bar full of global goodness! Plus they are only 100 calories per bar!

toosum comes in many different flavors and is great for on the go or just to hold you over between meals.  The Greek Yogurt and Blueberries toosum bars are delicious! I love them in the morning before lunch! Designed to help digestion, they really do taste as if I'm eating the actual yogurt and fruit!

The Cranberries and Acai toosum bars are meant to energize.  They contain antioxidants and chia seeds from South America. They are perfect before my evening run!

And the Cherries and Plum toosum bars contain fiber which helps you feel full so it's a great choice for those of you watching what you eat! I love the taste of cherries so this was a great evening snack!

I highly recommend these bars to anyone that is trying to watch what they consume!
