Week 15 on Nutrisystem

Week 15 was pretty uneventful.  I weighed in at 117 lbs which means I'm maintaining and my total loss of 22.4 lbs is fantastic.  I just love all of the changes that came from being on Nutrisystem

  I have established a pretty regular meal routine with Nutrisystem Meals.   

For breakfast I love the frosted donut for breakfast every morning because it goes great with my coffee.   For lunch, my favorite is the Fudge Graham Bar because it tastes amazing, and it's so simply and convenient to eat even if I'm on the go. 
Ravioli in Basil Tomato Sauce is and will always be my favorite dinner. It goes perfectly with a whole wheat roll and it's very hearty and filling.
And for dessert, the Peppermint Cookie Patty tastes, well just like one and it's so delicious and fulfilling of my chocolate craving!!   
 I am going to be doing some great workouts this next week so I can't wait to see how much that tones me up combined with my great diet that will give me energy!
