My Fitness Must-Haves from Tommie Copper

A lot of people ask me what I use for my workouts so I figured I'd highlight to of my favorite things that both happen to be from Tommie Copper.  



Compression Leggings | I wish I could explain why, but you just have to feel them to understand fully. Not only are they super comfortable during a workout, but they enhance muscle performance and shorten recovery time.   I love how well they fit my curves!



Compression Socks | These have helped me so much especially on 5k days.   They just make me feel so much more energized in my calves and they enhance performance and shorten recovery time.  I love the funy colors they come in and these bright ones are perfect for running in not-so-great weather.


I always tell people that having activewear that you love is so important because if you don't feel good during your workout, you won't enjoy it and you won't get the most out of it.
