My Week of Meals with Home Chef

It's no surprise that I love cooking dinner these days but there are some weeks when I am so busy that I don't have time to run out to the store to get all the ingredients I need.  On those weeks, I like to have my ingredients shipped directly to my home, thanks to Home Chef.

Home Chef is a food delivery service that gives you a choice of meals that you can make and then have the recipe and ingredients delivered right to your door.  There are plenty of healthy menu options including gluten free meals!

The ingredients come neatly packaged and portioned out so all you have to do is clean them and chop them.

My first meal was Oktoberfest Pork Medallions with Smashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts.

Cooking the meat was quick and easy.

I love making the smashed potatoes by hand instead of buying mashed potatoes that just need to be microwaved. Something about them being homemade tastes that much more delicious!

The Brussels Sprouts were easy to bake in the oven while ...

I pan fried the pork medallions. Two birds one stone. Yum!

My next meal was Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Linguini and Robust Chile Flake Tomato Sauce.

The ingredients were so fresh...even the shrimp!

This was so easy to make and DELICIOUS! I felt like I was at a fancy restaurant!

My final Southwestern Grilled Sirloin Steak with Elotes Salad, Red Rice, and Salsa Verde.

I love how this turned out and it was so good that I totally forgot to even get a picture of the finished product! Whoops!

I highly recommend Home Chef whether you just want a break from your own meals that you have to shop for or if you want to get started cooking healthier dinners!
