Obviously it won’t be as dramatic as suddenly having a mouth full of teeth falling out in seconds, but it will happen over the course of a few years if you’re not careful. Things like drinking fizzy drinks, coffee with a bit of sugar in, smoking, and drinking alcohol are all going to damage your teeth.
