Do you ever have those dreams where all of your teeth just seem to be falling out, and you’re doing anything you can to stop it, but all you seem to be doing is pulling them out more? Well, imagine that happening in real life. Obviously it won’t be as dramatic as suddenly having a mouth full of teeth falling out in seconds, but it will happen over the course of a few years if you’re not careful. Things like drinking fizzy drinks, coffee with a bit of sugar in, smoking, and drinking alcohol are all going to damage your teeth. If you know you’re bad for any of these, it might be time to stop, and even time to think about what treatments you might need done. You need a little bit of fat, so don’t think that because we’ve listed it, you can go and eat all the chocolate in the world. It has to be healthy fats, and it has to be minimal.
