We are interested in all forms of fitness and health. Anything that can help you feel better in yourself from day to day, support your health, and keep you feeling engaged and stimulated in this somewhat unpredictable life of ours can always help you enjoy your best experience. Meditation, faith, heading to the gym, eating right, sleeping well, all of these things, especially combined, can help you feel like a new person.

However, there’s one thing missing from this wonderful combination - and that’s the ability to laugh. Enjoying a great laugh this winter could be just what the Doctor ordered, and we’re not talking about a polite chuckle you may offer at a business event, but rather a full-blown belly laugh, perhaps even with a few accidental snorts, which only lead to even more laughing. Laughter is thoroughly healthy for your soul, and can help you shed stress like nothing else.

Thankfully, it is possible to find measures that help you laugh without having to force them. Consider the following advice to this end:

Meet With Your Friends

Try and connect with some of your friends this winter, even though we’re certain you will all be quite busy with your general day to day activities. If you can go out for a meal, a coffee, or even attend a show together, odds are you’re going to find things to talk and laugh about, particularly if you have some catching up to do. After all, if you cannot laugh in the presence of your most trusted friends, you’re likely in bad company.

Head To Broadway

There are many incredible shows on Broadway this year, and most of them are truly worth seeing. A Movie Night In

If you’re looking for a great laugh, there are so many hilarious movies out there that are worth watching. New movies such as Stan & Ollie, Jojo Rabbit, or even hilarious TV shows such as Patriot can help you relax with a night in, watching something new and hilarious, while also keeping up on a story you enjoy with people you love. A movie night in can seem like the most simple thing in the world, but it’s really not that basic, because you can quite literally be transported to another world and feel emotions that you do not regularly feel when watching something like this. When this is geared towards hilarity, you’re sure to have a great time.
