Whether you work for a business or you run your own, you should know that tools make or break your success.  Today I wanted to round up several of my top business tools that are very beneficial to businesses in a variety of ways.

Hootsuite
When it comes to running a business, time is so valuable and unfortunately it's far too easy to run out of time in a day.  One aspect of running a business is promoting yourself on social media (the key to life anymore it seems) and in order to do that you need to be able to post on specific social media channels at the best times.  Posting when you have free time may unfortunately be at a time of day that isn't popular for viewership.  Hootsuite is great because you can connect your different social media accounts and then write up your posts ahead of time and schedule them to post on a specific channel while you go about your day.  It's kind of like hiring a social media person but you don't have to go through all the hassle.

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a great way to see how much traffic is coming to your website.  Not only that, but you can see the demographics of your visitors, their browsing behavior on your site, and what got them there.  It's a great way to discover more about how you already get new visitors and how you can continue to get even more.  The start up process is fairly simple as long as you connect your site properly.

Twitter
Twitter is one of my favorite business tools for networking because you can do it from the comfort of your own home, or your desk, or your bathroom, or the train.  Twitter is a great way to interact with others in your field and try to start new relationships for future collaborations.  It's always a quick and easy way for customers to reach you and get an instant response.

Profisee
When it comes to master data management tools, look no further than Profisee. Profisee makes it easy and accessible to provide a decent data foundation across your enterprise.  It can be used on any applications and devices and can be delivered in person or in the cloud.  Data collection helps you do great things for your business in the future like targeted marketing campaigns.

Skype
Life is so busy anymore that in person meetings can be extremely difficult. Skype allows you to set up a one on one video chat meeting or a conference with several people.  This is great when you are traveling a lot and need to have a meeting from your hotel room while you wait for a conference to resume.

No matter what tools you use, remember that it's always a good idea to try to increase your reach and grow your business in whatever ways you can.
