Wednesday's Dinner from Chef Lori Kerr of Custom Cuisine

If you are looking for a personal chef in the Harrisburg, PA area, then Lori Kerr from Custom Cuisine, a personal chef service is who you need.  I posted so far this week about my first two dinners from her when she came to my house and cooked a week's worth of meals.  

Today's menu is Pork Tenderloin and Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Currant. 

The best way for me to describe this meal was (obviously) delicious but also luxurious.  Sure I've had pork tenderloin before but this tasted so much better and it definitely reminds me of something I would eat at a 5 star restaurant!

Can't wait for tomorrow's meal!!!!
