I will drink more water

How much water do you drink each day? You should be aiming for at least 8 glasses (more if you’re active) to help you stay hydrated, aid your digestion and keep you focused. Start keeping a bottle nearby to drink from throughout the day.

I will get more sleep

Sleep is wonderful, and nothing feels better than knowing you’ve had a restful night’s sleep. But it’s not often that most people get enough sleep. Making sleep a priority can help you stay energized, and give you the rest you need to tackle the day.

If you struggle to sleep at night, then check out some tips on how to sleep better to make sure you get the rest you need.

I will move more every day

Exercise is essential to protect your health, but you don’t have to run a marathon every day to get fit. Making an effort to move more will help you stay healthier, and doesn’t require a gym membership. Why not invest in a fitness tracker to help you keep an eye on your daily activity?

I will eat better

Eating a healthier diet will help you maintain a healthy weight, but it will also make you feel healthier too. With the right nutrition, you’ll notice your energy and concentration levels improve, with results that reflect on the outside too. Ditch the junk food and start bringing goodness into your diet.

I will pay attention to my body

It’s important to keep an eye out for warning signs that something might not be right with your health. Your sight and hearing are easy to take for granted, but you should get them checked out if something isn’t right or feels different. If you experience any signs of hearing loss, get it checked out as soon as possible. You don’t want to take any risks with your health, so don’t be afraid to make appointments if you’re concerned about anything.

I will do things to make me happy

Your happiness matters above everything, and you should make sure you do things that make you happy, that help keep you to de-stress and relax. Make time for yourself to do the things that you enjoy, it will help you reassess your priorities to focus on your own happiness.

While they say you shouldn’t make promises you can’t keep, the ones you make for the sake of your health are ones that you can easily follow. Start making some changes and give your health the attention it deserves.
