My Valentine's Day Box Swap with Crystal of Our Kind of Special

So this year I participated in the Valentine's Day Box Swap that I learned about over at The Rachael Way.  Each blogger is assigned a swap partner and you get to know each other and then put together a gift to send that person for Valentine's Day.  This is a great way to make new friends! 

" So the blogger I was assigned to swap with was Crystal from the blog Our Kind of Special. Crystal is the mother of 2 special needs boys so her days are always busy and she doesn't get much time to herself.   So I put together a bunch of goodies for her since she deserves to pamper herself.  

But for me... Crystal knew that my 4 chihuahuas are my life and that I spend a lot of time blogging and writing, so the contents of the Valentine's Day Box Swap she sent me were so amazing! 

I love how neatly wrapped everything was.  It was so fun to open!  Inside there was a note explaining what everything was for.  The notebooks and pens are for me to write and brainstorm for my blog.  I totally needed some more pretty writing supplies like this because I'm all out and I really wanted some lined paper to keep in my purse to write my ideas.  I am SO GLAD I have that now. 

Of course she sent along some chocolate which I devoured immediately, oops! 

Crystal and her boys got my pups a new toy (which they LOVE!!) and made some homemade dog treats which were a HUGE HIT!

This made me so happy and her gifts were very meaningful.  I hope she likes what I got her.  Head on over to her blog to see!
