I Work Out to Save the Orcas + A Fitness Update

One thing I have learned about myself is that I'm not afraid to stand up for what I believe in and that's a huge thing when it comes to animal rights.  

 

 So what does my shirt mean?   Well I already blogged about why I'll never set foot in Sea World again so pretty much that post explains it all.   I hope that in my lifetime I live to see the end of whales in captivity.   Atleast an open sea pen would be great. 

 

I love that I found this shirt!!!! It makes me so proud to share my view on the whole whales in captivity issue.

This is a very serious thing to me and I love when people try to question it because the post above should answer all of their questions!

As for my fitness update....

 

I've beek kicking ass at running 3 miles and 2 weeks back I did 3 miles in 30 minutes and 49 seconds! I'm quite proud of myself!!   I'm going to be spending the next 2 weeks preparing for my 5k so I need to get a good time down!
