Brace yourselves...the HOLIDAYS are coming! And you know that means more cleaning for you as you prep your house for guests, however there is a way to make it a bit more fun and festive. What if I told you that you could get into the holiday spirit with holiday themed scents in the form of soaps and other household cleaning products?! Well, Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day is making that happen!

Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day is a company whose products were inspired by Mrs. Thelma A. Meyer, a homemaker and mother of nine in Iowa. One day, she had enough with all the harmful stink chemicals in cleaning products, so she decided to make cleaners that smell nice, like a garden, but still be effective in cleaning. So fast forward to NOW, and she made her dreams come true! Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day products are made with essential oils from flowers and herbs so you get a pleasant smell. They also do a great job getting rid of daily dirt and grime. Some of the scents include Lavendar, Lemon Verbena, Basil, Geranium, and much more. All Mrs. Meyer's products are earth-friendly, cruelty-free, and not tested on animals.

So what inspires their scents? Backyard gardens of course! And as a mother of nine, Mrs. Meyer had a no nonsense approach to a healthy and balanced life.   Keeping a clean, yet lived in home is one of them.  And that's why she created products that make it more fun to clean!

I received dish soap and hand soap from Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day! The scent for the dish soap was Iowa Pine! I love it!! It has a hint of clove and cedar and reminds me of a fresh cut Christmas tree! The dish soap does a great job of scrubbing the holiday baked good mess off of my pots and pans. I absolutely love how it only takes a small amount to get a huge rich lather. And the handsoap in cranberry is amazing! It doesn't dry out my hands at all and it left behind the most pleasant scent. I love how luxurious of a lather it worked itself into. The hand soap contains naturally emolient aloe vera, olive oil, glycerin, and essential oils. The dish soap is a concentrated formula that works great on pots, pans, dishes, and china. It has a naturally degreasing soap bark extract in it and also includes essential oils and plant-derived cleansers. I can't wait for guests to come over and use the hand soap, it will surely put them in a festive mood.

And with gift buying on the mind, think of what a great gift these products are for a mother, mother-in-law, or new home owner. You can even buy a Cleaning Set that includes the dish soap, hand soap, and countertop spray in a festive gift box. Such a great idea!!!!!! Possibly, Orange Clove scented products would make your in-laws happy with that warm spicy citrus! Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day has it's newest scent - cranberry. Get the tart and tangy scent with a mix of sweetness when you clean! Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day cranberry line is available exclusively at Target, but everything is available on the Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day website!

One winner will receive an item of their cohice from Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day!
