Dieting with Go-GURT as a Snack #myblogspark

General Mills provided me with free product and information in exchange for my honest review. Read my Disclosure Policy.

Dieting is very difficult for me even though I've been doing it strictly for about a year now. One of the most challenging aspects of it is having to choose healthy snacks to hold you over between meals. I also find it difficult to get a convenient snack that I can eat on the go. This is why I love Go-GURT. I get to satisfy my sweet tooth and having some yogurt in my diet. I actually freeze my Go-GURTs in order to make them last longer as I snack on them.

Go-GURT is a favorite of mine because it's made with natural colors and flavors with no high fructose corn syrup. I try not to put any hazardous ingredients or dyes in my body from food so this is a big selling point for me. Go-GURT is also a good source of vitamins A, D, and calcium so it's a great fit for my diet. Plus, it's the perfect lunchtime snack at work or on the go in my car. It's not messy at all and I just love all the different flavors Go-GURT comes in!

Of all the flavor combinations I really enjoy Strawberry Banana the most. Remember, there's always enjoyable snacks even when you're dieting, so no excuses!
