Fashion Tips for Large Breasted Women

Monday, August 4, 2014

If you have large breasts, you might need to shop for plus sized bras. You also need to determine what is and isn’t acceptable or your wardrobe. After all, certain styles of clothing look amazing when you are well endowed. Others do not. Fortunately, the following fashion tips will help you know what to wear.

Embrace the Wrap Dress

The wrap dress is a must-have for women with larger breasts. Although it looks great on nearly all body types, the style is amazing on women with larger busts. The style of the dress separates the breasts and enhances how they look.

Skip High Necklines

Probably the most important thing you can do if you have a large bust line is to avoid high necklines. Turtlenecks and crewnecks are unappealing on women that have a lot to show off on top. These shirts make it look like you have one large uni-boob.

Halter-Tops Are Not Good Either

The halter-top is not the best idea either if you have larger boobs. This type of top or dress can be very unflattering on women with larger breasts. It will make your already larger breasts look even bigger. Even worse, the shirt provides no support.

V-Necks and Scoops Are a Must

For everyday wear, V-necks and scoop necks are a must. They are the most flattering cut for your larger breasts. They will not make it look like you have one large uni-boob. Instead, they will allow your boobs to sit properly underneath your shirt. These shirts can even make your bust appear a little bit smaller, helping your figure to appear more balanced.

Get the Right Bra

The right bra is important for every woman, and it is especially important or those with larger breasts. Make sure to choose the right size of bra and one that will provide you with the proper support. This will help your clothes to fit properly.

Choose the Right Sleeve Length

When you have a larger bust, the length of your sleeves can impact the appearance of your breasts. Generally, three quarter length sleeves are the most flattering on women with bigger boobs. It is best to try to avoid long sleeves, sleeveless, and short sleeves.

Thicker Straps Are Better
If you decide to wear a tank top, look for thicker straps. These will provide your bust line with more support. Spaghetti straps are usually too thin, and they often make your boobs look larger than they really are.

Wear Fitted Jackets

Boxy jackets are not the best for women with large bust lines. They add more bulk. Instead, try a fitted jacket. This adds interest to an outfit and can detract attention for the larger breasts. When you are looking for a jacket, stick to single breasted versions. Double-breasted jackets simply add more bulk and draw your attention to the breast area.

Avoid Baggy Styles

Don’t hide your larger breasts in baggy styles of clothing or clothes that are too big for you. It is better to wear clothes that are fitted and more tailored.

Although shopping for clothing when you have larger breasts can be challenging, these fashion tips can help you find styles that suit you and look great wherever you go.
